Hello all. Right, I’ve been a bit quiet over the past few days but I’ve been working on something, so here it is. Something to keep you occupied for a while if you feel the need to tear yourself away from food and booze. There’s no Christmas theme – there was just this long answer I wanted to put in a grid. Merry Christmas to you too. I did most of this yesterday evening (including the anagram but luckily although the title rang a bell the song itself doesn’t do I am not stuck singing (unlike another of your previous offerings!!). The last three fell into place just now.

Just got round to this, been a busy boy. Slightly put off by (half) remembering the original title of the song. Still don’t quite get 1a fake , US ok, but bog bit escapes me. Thanks Dean a very satisfying and tough challenge.

Cheers chuck! that’s a new ‘un on me. Reckon that rather fitting anagram must have taken a while but I can quite imagine the joy when you got it to work. I’ve done 50 ish letter anagrams on request in the past and getting a related fit is bloody hard. Till next time Dean.
