MOST IMPORTANT: The page above (link) includes a downloadable Word doc which asks for your NAME BADGE DETAILS. Don’t worry too much about the menu – responses so far indicate a wide enough variety to obviate the danger of dishes becoming unavailable – but I do need to prepare name badges, so please let me know what to put on them if you haven’t already done so.
